The new app created by a solicitor, Shafe Jade, simplifies the process for appealing parking fines.

UK motorists hit with unfair parking fines and are intimidated by the tedious appeals process, now have a new ally in the ground-breaking new app, Azolvur.

Statistics indicate that approximately, 18,000 parking tickets are issued every day in the UK.   However, the fact is that many of the parking tickets issued are not enforceable and can be contested by motorists. In fact, between 2019 and 2020, half of tickets appealed by London motorists were dropped. Sadly, local authorities rely on the fact that most motorists will simply pay the charges because they are not aware of the rules on signage and their legal rights or are deterred by the lengthy process. But not anymore.

Touted as the hassle-free app, Azolvur is a new app designed for motorists who are overwhelmed by the tedious process of contesting unfair parking tickets.  The app offers a step-by-step guidance on appealing unfair parking fines within minutes and predefined scenarios to help every user to contest an unfair parking ticket. Motorists can also access a wealth of information from the Knowledge Hub to create unbeaten appeals and use the In-app expense feature for recording appeals and tracking parking ticket expenses. There is even an option to generate their own HMRC compliant expense reports for free.

Azolvur is the first app of its kind and the result of several years of in depth research by solicitor, Shafe Jade, to simplify the complex process of contesting a parking fine. Jade has over 15 year’s expertise in handling traffic offenses and unfair parking tickets.  When asked about the motivation for creating Azolvur, Jade explained, said: “Over the years we observed that UK motorists are being charged for parking offenses where the scenario was not even enforceable.  We conducted independent research and discovered that many motorists don’t have any time to go through the hassle of contesting a parking ticket or are intimidated by the process. We decided to create a system that would not only create awareness amongst motorists but also help them to contest for the unfair parking charges in less than 10 mins.”

The Azolvur app is free to download in the Apple and Google store; however, there are quarterly and yearly subscription plans in place for premium users for the information shared, intellectual property rights and to keep the portal running.
